About SparkU

SparkU combines AI-assisted design with made-to-order production to create custom rings and 3D figurines. SparkU is a brand operated by Guangzhou Spark International Cultural Communication Co., Ltd.. We manage customer payments, production, delivery, returns and customer support directly.

How an order is made

  1. You describe what you want, or upload a photo, and get a design preview back in about a minute.
  2. You pick the size, material and finish, and approve the design.
  3. We make it to order — figurines take 8 to 15 business days and rings 8 to 15 business days after approval — and ship it with duties and taxes included.

Working with creators

SparkU works with independent creators to develop and promote original product concepts. SparkU remains responsible for customer payments, production, fulfilment, refunds and customer service. Eligible creators may receive commissions or royalties under a separate Creator Agreement. Participation does not create employment, partnership, equity or guaranteed income.

Crowdfunding

Back a project to unlock the backer price. When the minimum production quantity is reached, SparkU begins production and keeps you updated. If the goal is not reached by the stated deadline, your payment is refunded to the original payment method.
